Jerry Clum has spent the past 20 years in franchising. He is the founder and former CEO/Chairman/ President of Comfort Keepers, which has over 750 franchises in 46 states and seven countries worldwide, with annual revenues in excess of $350 million. Not only has Mr. Clum been a franchisor, he is also a franchisee. He has owned eleven franchises. He knows franchising from both sides of the table. He has been engaged as a consultant for hundreds of franchise systems, both start-ups and well known, established franchise systems. He has trained and supported nearly 1,000 franchisees over the past 20 years.
Mr. Clum is the author of “Zero To $100 Million in Five Years”. The 1st edition of this book sold out in seven months and now even used copies often sell for hundreds of dollars on Amazon. He has served on the Franchisor Forum Board of the IFA and was named Entrepreneur of the Year in 2004. Mr. Clum has been inducted into the E&Y Entrepreneur Hall of Fame. He is a 32nd Degree Mason and he has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing as well as his MBA.
